National Editor of The Black World Today
Herb Boyd is the national editor of The Black World Today (TBWT). An award-winning journalist, Boyd is the author of nine books, including Brotherman: The Odyssey of Black Men in America--An Anthology that he co-edited with Robert Allen and which received the 1995 American Book Award. Boyd has taught Black Studies for almost 30 years at various universities and currently teaches African and African American history at the College of New Rochelle in Manhattan. He has also devised an African American history course for TBWT, which he will co-teach with Dr. John Henrik Clarke during the fall semester 1997. Contact him at: HBoyd@tbwt.com

Sports Editor
The Black World Today's sports editor is Marion Boykin. Boykin is a highly acclaimed authority on boxing and a versatile communicator on a wide range of sports activities.
